This Privacy Policy explains how AMD Wealth Tech ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information through https://www.amdwealthtech.com (the "website").

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry or booking request, we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, email address, city, the services you are interested in, your preferred contact method or appointment time, and any message you include.

Information collected automatically. If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage information such as pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the website.

We do not ask for (and you should not send us through this website) bank account details, passwords, OTPs, PINs or identity document numbers.

How we use enquiry information

We use the information you submit to:

• respond to your enquiry or arrange your consultation;
• contact you by your preferred method about your enquiry;
• keep a record of our communications with you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Cookies

• Resend: delivering enquiry and booking requests from this website to our email inbox.
• Google Maps: the office map, which loads only if you choose "Show map" or open the map link.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel: only if they are enabled on this website and you accept analytics cookies.

Where we help you invest in or apply for a financial product, your information will be shared with the relevant product provider and with Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd. as required to process your application. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and booking information for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, so that we can follow up on your enquiry and refer back to earlier conversations. After that, it is deleted.

If you become a client, the information we hold in connection with products we distribute to you is kept for the period required under applicable laws and the requirements of SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI and the relevant product providers.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry information sooner. See "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• erase it, where we are not required to keep it;
• withdraw consent you have previously given.
