Distribution arrangement

AMD Wealth Tech distributes financial products as a sub-broker of Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd..

Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd. is a separate entity. AMD Wealth Tech operates as its sub-broker, as applicable. AMD Wealth Tech is not Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd. and does not represent itself as such.

AMD Wealth Tech is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-322137). Mutual fund transactions are processed through the distribution platform of Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd.. Other products we distribute, including insurance, Portfolio Management Services and Alternative Investment Funds, are offered through arrangements available to us as a sub-broker of Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd., subject to the registrations and eligibility requirements that apply to each product.

We act as a distributor only. We do not provide investment advisory services, and we do not manage money or hold client funds or securities. Investments are made directly with the relevant product provider.

Commissions

As a distributor, we receive commissions from product providers (such as asset management companies, insurers, portfolio managers and AIF managers) for the products we distribute. These commissions are paid by the product provider and are included in the costs disclosed in each product's offer documents (for mutual funds, within the scheme's expense ratio for regular plans).

Commission rates differ between products, schemes and providers. Details of the commission we receive on any product we discuss with you are available on request, and are disclosed as required under the AMFI Code of Conduct for Mutual Fund Distributors.
